TRIVIA

More than you wanted to know. Spoiler alert.

  • Crimson River Yard was intended as a tide-me-over novella in between the main story lines.

  • This book was originally going to be book number 2.5. Alas, Amazon software didn't allow it. Therefore, this is now book 3.

  • Tripp wrote half this book before he realized Johlick was missing the wrong arm. Oops. For a number of reasons, the best solution involved going back and changing canon in The Woodbender. There are a few copies out there with the wrong arm being lopped off. Sorry about that.

  • Quent talks with his sentence objects between the subjects and verbs. Tripp was (and still is as of this writing) learning French, which uses this arrangement.

  • Have you noticed that everyone in this world speaks the same language? This story takes place before the Tower of Babel. They only had one language. However, they do have different accents and idioms, which Tripp hopes you've enjoyed.
